Functieomschrijving:
De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het voorzien van de klant van goede service door middel van effectieve communicatie, het toevoegen van waarde voor de klant en het efficiënt oplossen van problemen.
Momenteel is onze opdrachtgever op zoek naar medewerkers die zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal zeer goed beheersen. Na een gedegen training ga je aan de slag op de afdeling Customer Service als Agent. Je doet relevante buitenlandse werkervaring op terwijl je woont in een van de mooiste steden ter wereld!

Functiecriteria:
1) Je bent serieus en houdt van avontuur
2)Je hebt ervaring in Customer Service en/of in de Oil & Gas industrie
3) Je bent goed bekend met IT software (Microsoft en Internet)
4) Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over goede contactuele eigenschappen
5) Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend (schrijven en spreken)
6) Je spreekt vloeiend Engels
7) Je bent bereid om minimaal 1 jaar in Zuid-Afrika te wonen

Uitdagingen:
1) Het nemen van de volledige eindverantwoording van de klant, zelfs wanneer de oplossing niet binnen je eigen mogelijkheden ligt

In a context of development and growth of its activity, our client is looking for a Project Manager. The new PM will be responsible for overseeing the rural electrification projects.

Your missions:
- Tracking and monitoring project progress to make sure high levels of quality, operational efficiency and cost effective management of resources
- Identifying potential dependencies, constraints and risks over the course of the project and developing ways to manage such issues effectively

Scope of the position:
The Managing director Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) is responsible for the local country P&L and country operation, inclusive but not limited to, finance, HR, Sales, Marketing and Operations with a view to achieving maximum return on investment and economic success that is in line with the overall company strategy. He/ She will work closely with the Senior Management Team in South Africa and Europe, and lead the local management team by providing strategic direction for the country office and ensuring it is aligned with PAIX’s overall business strategy.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Product Manager will be end responsible for continuously developing, launching and tracking the success of new and improved products that our client offers to both consumers and healthcare providers. These products are often developed and marketed in close cooperation with strategic partners such as mobile telecom partners, insurance partners and NGO partners.
The Product Manager leads a cross-organizational team of “Product Owners” responsible for dedicated product lines focused on either the consumer or the healthcare provider. To be successful, the Product Manager is required to have an insatiable curiosity to understand how people think, feel and do. And, based on this thorough understanding of the customer, stakeholders and context, the candidate should have an ongoing drive to guide the Product Owners and the IT team to develop human-centered, intuitive products that will make a difference to their bottom line as they’ll as to their customers’ lives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product Management
• Be the “voice of the customer” within the organization: you are the champion of developing human-centered, intuitive products and user interfaces within the organisation and towards their partners
