Presently head of the medical service at CERN which is primarily an occupational health service, also managing medical emergency response and wellness services.
Managing all health related issues for a large Oil and gas company establishing their business in Kenya and Tanzania. Apart from ensuring the employees health needs all taken care of (clinical) I managed the occupational health program and became very engaged with John Hopkins Malaria Safe program. We achieved excellent results reducing the impact of malaria on our business. Also started a project to upgrade the emergency response capability of a rural mission hospital and start up a snake bite clinic.
