For the past 5 years,I've been implementing a health ,hygiene and renewable energy program whilst training,motivating & managing a team of 700 sales staff, in Rwanda at Delagua Health Rwanda Ltd(Vestergaard partner in Rwanda) , in partnership with Rwandan Ministry of Health.These program involves setting up a robust retail structure for the distribution of over 255,000 energy saving cookstoves ,over 95,000 water filters and 55,000 solar home systems in rural Rwanda gearing towards increasing access to energy, alleviating energy poverty levels and improving the lives of over 2.5 million rural households ,thereby earning $15M in product sales revenue.

1. Develop and execute a long term strategic plan including a detailed launch plan, for
the retail/commercial business in Rwanda.
