As a Sustainability manager, I supervised and spear-headed with the implementation of various verification climate related projects and programs and as well ensured full compliance by participating stakeholders.
In my previous roles, I have consistently gained respect from both staff and management through effective communication and fostering team spirit for success whiles making strong efforts to foster profitable relationships with customers and strategic partners alike.
I lead with stakeholder engagements to drive and deliver training to field officers and by extension to farmer groups in communities of project beneficiaries.
I am a self-motivated individual, very proactive, team player, highly organised and efficient, solution-oriented, patient, grounded on environmental matters and always eyeing success.
Experience
-Facilitate links and collaboration with other relevant stakeholders within the nature-based solution community, needed by the project,
-Liaise with Global Advisory Panels occasionally to exchange information, knowledge and insights.
-Support efforts made towards influencing policy and programs regarding climate change and biodiversity based on the project experiences
Coordinate closely on data collection to measure impact, incomes and business investment in the sector
- Lead in the implementation of projects in the sector, facilitate contract agreements of cooperatives with off-takers.
-Coordinate all training activities of producers at the sector level.
-Support the designing and implementation of the company growth policies
- Assist in establishing traceability systems for company at the sector level
- Follow-up on sanctions, non-complying member producers after pre-audit recommendations
- Lead the implantation program for the thriving nature by distributing 2,100,000 shade trees to farmers for planting and 850,000 cocoa seedlings also for refilling respectfully.
- Liaison person between relevant stakeholders that is: Ghana COCOBOD, World Cocoa foundation and Forestry commission of Ghana for Barry Callebaut.
- Lead GoldStandard audit during the 2020/2021 fiscal year.
-Responsible for training farmers on the Lindt and sprungli verification standards
-Coordination of activities of field trainers for monthly evaluation
-Directly responsible for the implementation of all requirements under the CORIP program
-Monitoring of adoption rate of farmers for continues improvement
