Successful application and fixing of a USD35M subsidy from The Netherlands, including the setting up and approval of the Environmental and Social framework (water supply project in Myanmar).
Building a network of partners and external stakeholders and establishing legal and fiscal frameworks for in-country establishment (Myanmar, Georgia, Qatar and Trinidad & Tobago).

Project Development of a 32,000 m3/day drinking water intake, treatment and distribution system in Mandalay, Myanmar. Leading the preparation of Employer Requirements, gathering of site data, prepare concept design, prepare ESIA study, prepare, negotiate and agree the main contract, application and fixing of a subsidy and subcontracting the Works to local and global companies.
