Regional management over 8 countries, merger with ICCO and Cordaid, off boarding 4 countries in 2021.
Regional management is day to day managing the country managers and regional team. Strategy, program development, security and HR, operations and budget responsible, program acquisition and focus on agriculture, access to finance programs, education and health programs (recently) and youth entrepreneurship. This is besides also emergency aid. Accountable to the Board of Directors in the Netherlands.

Working on a Masters in Sustainable Development. This is ongoing
