After 25 years with Schlumberger (www.slb.com), one of the largest oilfield service companies, I am now looking for new opportunities where I can bring and share this rich experience.
With an engineering education obtained at Russian University of Transport in Moscow (https://rut-miit.ru/), I entered SLB in July 1994 where I started as a mechanical engineer ,I have been promoted to different positions as Maintenance Manager, Quality Manager, Asset Manager, Resources Manager and my last position was SSA Technology Lifecycle Management Manager until October 2020.
During these assignments, I have traveled extensively in all the African countries covered by our activities, meeting different people and cultures, building a team of different nationalities, genders and believers.

In charge of a team of more than 50 people spread over several Sub-Saharan African countries , my mission is to:
- Improve reliability of the equipment / assets of the segment in Sub-Saharan Africa zone
- Reduce the footprint of assets in the area by improving efficiency and increasing their utilization.
- Reduce the cost of maintenance by increasing high level of service quality
- Train and promote both local and international staff
- Establish procedures and adhere to the company's QMS and HSE policy
Ensure that demand and supply plans for the region are precise, consistent and optimized.
Define sharing scenarios that provide the most cost effective solution taking into account the level of service and financial impacts.
Manage the process Planning of operations and management of global resources of the region
Find the most reliable and economical means of transporting equipment in the Sub-Saharan Africa zone
Ensure that invoices from inventory or transport suppliers are paid on time
I was responsible for implementing the Quality Systems initiatives (Specific HSE, Competency, Quality Management System and Risk Management, Standard Work,Competency) onto the segment operations (line management, field , and maintenance).This is including:
1- Training &Coaching of the respective populations
2-Verifying adoption of the QS initiatives and adherence
3-Feeding back of the Quality Systems strategies / capabilities to the initiatives owners
Standards implementation ,Technical Auditing ,Failures investigation,Assets Management.
Provides technical leadership for the locations to assure high quality service to the client. Forecasts equipment requirements, defines technical problems or equipment design limitations and contributes to solutions. Works with field management to correct technical problems. Monitors introduction of new services and/or equipment and insures clear lines of communication for the flow of technical information
Managing over 30 peoples (direct reports) of Maintenance Team for Drilling and Measurements MWD/LWD and Drilling Tools
Manage and supervise the preventive maintenance and repair of D&M tools and equipment according to company standards, procedures, and practices. Plan with Maintenance staff equipment requirements, define technical problems or equipment design limitations and contributes to solutions. Provides quality and safety leadership to assure high quality service to the client.

Conducting preventive maintenance and repair of tools and equipment according to D&M and SLB standards, procedures, and practices
