Based in the Lagos, Nigeria Head Office reporting to the VP QHSSE/CSR and was responsible for all the QA/QC management requirements for the company’s facilities which included Gas and Oil processing facilities, pipelines and projects. Provide technical direction and support to test team leads, test engineers, and test coordinators located around the world. Serve as trusted resource and advisor to stakeholders, contactors, and suppliers, offering advice and promoting awareness of QA/QC requirements. Prepare project quality documentation, quality plans, ITPs, and quality procedures.
Key Duties:
Develop, implement and maintain a Company QMS in line with the International Standard “ISO 9001:2008” and all associated policies and procedures (Completed).
Develop an RBI Methodology (Risk Based Inspection) and program (Completed).
Provide guidance, advice and assistance relating to the various QA/QC requirements throughout the Organisation its stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.
Support Project Management Teams in all QA/QC related matters.
Assist in the preparation of all project quality documentation to ensure compliance with the company QMS, contractual requirements, International and National standards, Regulations and best practices.
Provide QA/QC management, advice and support for all company pipeline and facility projects from conceptual through to final handover to the Asset Holder.
Preparation Project Quality Plans, ITP’s and Project Quality Procedures in line with the QMS contractual requirements and International Standards.
Schedule and carry out Audits to assess the level of compliance with the QMS.
Promote QA/QC awareness throughout the company its stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.
Ensure continuous improvement of the QMS.
Assist with the evaluation of suitable contractors and suppliers/vendors.
