NIRAJ B.

Summary

I believe that my strong educational background and extensive experience in the field of Sales & Marketing qualifies me for consideration. The actual greatest Success in my career path; When Domino’s Pizza was launched in Mauritius, my team and myself were awarded “Best Outstanding Domino’s Pizza of Africa” from Domino’s Pizza International, for the record number of orders during the opening week. This is an achievement that means a lot to me as it showcases my dedication to my work and my ability to lead my team towards exceeding set KPIs.
From my previous jobs, I have been always receiving excellent feedback from my employers and staffs, which proves my strong commitments to perform my responsibilities in professional and effective manner. I like to work in a team and lead it by example when necessary, but I am also comfortable working on my own to achieve tasks and carry out various projects.
For instance, in addition to my team members from various departments - such as Sales, marketing, Finance, Quality Assurance, Commissary & human resources - providing support in these fields, I take it upon myself to go beyond my scope of duties to ensure operational excellence through training (Whereby I myself I am in the store training front-line staff members) and Supply Chain management. This example shows my commitment to the success of the company I work for, brings motivation to my staff and ensures consistency to customers.
I perceive this employment opportunity as a significant advancement in my career and I truly believe a new challenge at this stage of my career will benefit the company & myself as I will be able to express myself and show my full potential and dedication.
