I am am responsible for international sales and business development aspects of Laureate Global Products and Services to both its B2B and B2C strategic accounts. I work closely with Sales Director, regional accounts representatives; national country managers in EMEA markets; national institutions, government agencies and international organization to strengthen market growth while achieving territorial revenue year in year out.
I support and manage the overall sales cycles for laureate GPS expansion strategy to key markets like West & Central Africa, Middle East and Asia markets through account and partnership management, research, and new product development and on competition analysis. I lead key product portfolio within the organization key brands and accountable for profits & loses in region and coordinating business development activities for existing and new markets, supervised and manage the region as a business segment with appropriate allocation of partnership incentives to both BC & B2B.
Overseeing key customer touch-points within the regions, coach and mentored skills of managers & international sales representatives on new products, systems, and strategy implementations. I directly manage 5 persons and 15 others indirectly who report in a matrix structure. Contribute to the growth of the busines
