- Provided managerial and research support to a portfolio of agricultural projects in Ghana’s northern regions investigating the impact of increased access to drought-indexed insurance, e-extension, agro-inputs and irrigation schemes on smallholder farmers’ yields and incomes – total project value: USD 5 mln
- Managed the marketing of drought-index insurance, delivery of e-extension services and supply of improved agro-inputs to 3,240 households in 162 communities, in 13 districts of Northern Ghana
- Supervised 4 teams of 10 middle managers, 25 field supervisors, and 300+ community residents acting as surveyors and implementing agents
- Managed relationships with public and private partners and stakeholders in the agricultural sector
- Designed data flow and data management plans to collect and use project implementation data for reporting and research purposes
- Designed and programmed an Android-phone administered survey with SurveyCTO leading to over 5,000 observations

- Led interviews and needs assessments of 120+ asylum seekers/refugees in three refugee camps at the Ethiopia-Somalia border
- Managed relationships with local government officials, UN agencies and UN-mandated implementing partners in the camps
- Developed a practitioner’s toolkit to document best practices and lessons to be learned when documenting, reporting and preventing cases of gender based violence in displacement settings
