- Answer all phonecalls and forward them to the appropriate party
- Support seniorcompany managers as needed with filing, typing, etc.
- Maintain allfiling for the various construction projects.
- Maintain allcompany sales brochures.
- Make all firstcall interviews with prospective employees.
- Maintain and fileall new-hire paperwork.
- Arrange allhotels, house rental, and air travel for field employees.
- Retrieve, open,sort, and distribute all mail.
- Order officesupplies.
- Maintain officeoverall cleanliness and tidiness.
- Work with PurchasingManager to maintain and distribute uniforms/shirts.
- Order allbusiness cards.
- Manage socialmedia.
- Other duties assignedby Director of Operations.
